Primary Song Flipcharts

I am adding links for the flip charts that I have been using to help my Primary kids learn songs.  Some of the are my original ideas, others are ones that others have shared with me.  I will continue to add when I have new ones.  Also included is a link to my YouTube Channel where all the flip charts are put to music.

A Bed for Baby Jesus

I was looking for a story for my Activity Day girls, church group age 8-12, for a Christmas activity.  I found an adapted version of "The Last Straw" story, but didn't feel like it met my needs.  The wording seemed dated and not kid friend.  So, I decided to adapt it to better fit my needs.

Below is a link to a printable version.  Print pages 1-4, then without rearranging the pages reinsert them into the printer and print pages 5-8 on the back.  Page 9 is the cover.

Ice Cream Shop busy bag

Print on card stock, cut out, laminate and glue magnet to the back.  I have a small magnet board that fits perfect in the diaper bag it use with this game.
You can either save each picture and print them or you can use this link to a pdf. ice cream shop busy bag

To play choose or draw a card with the ice cream cones.  Then try to make it using the pieces.

Princess Crown

My 3 year old wanted to have a princess tea party for her birthday.  We needed crowns to be princesses.  This pattern was just perfect.  Finally a crown that won't break when it is stepped on, plus it saves my foot the pain of stepping on a hard crown.
This is the website I found the pattern at.

By adding stitches and an extra row, I was able to make crowns for all the girls and their Aunt.
